Yes! Forms Creator is included with your iQagent license, allowing you to create and deploy forms to be used from any device browser. 

Yes! Forms can be linked directly with specific equipment on the Info View of the equipment's Point Of Interest (POI). You can prepopulate many form field types, such as text, numbers, images and live data points based on specific equipment. 

Yes! Using the Forms App for RealWear, form questions are shown one at a time for smaller screens. users can jump to any element on the form with ease. You can complete forms when offline, and upload when you are reconnected to the network.

Yes! Using the iQagent Forms App for IOS and RealWear HMT, you may download forms onto your device and complete them even when offline. When you are re-connected to the network, the forms app will upload completed forms to iQagent Enterprise. 

Sure. iQagent stores forms submissions as both plain text and JSON data in the configured SQL compliant database. We support SQL Server, SQLite, and PostgreSQL. You can access all submitted information. Submitted images including signatures are also included as linked images. You can retrieve the data using standard interfaces to use in your local reports. Submitted forms can also viewed from iQagent Enterprise.
